Return & Refund Policy
All services, once rendered, are non returnable and non refundable.

Cancelation Policy
Cancellations made one week after a project has been approved will be subject to a Cancellation Fee of 25% of the project fee total.
Cancellations made via [email to info@ljg.com] sooner than one week after a project has been approved will be processed without penalty.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
LJG Digital is a service firm and does not sell physical products. However, if through the generation of its services, there were to be a need to ship a physical item (computer or video hardware, etc.), shipping rates will be determined prior to delivery of such items and invoiced to the client.
